A man was arrested for going 118 MPH on I-84 in Willington Saturday morning.
State police say that at around 7:21 a.m., a trooper was patrolling I-84 east near exit 69 in Tolland when they were passed by a blue Hyundai Elantra with New York license plates. READ MORE
